Improved Outlook contact matching logic to when contact does not contain email address and two or more contacts share the same last name. Matching logic will now require contacts without email addresses to match exactly based on contact company name and full name to avoid creating duplicates.

Corrected excessive sync issue when syncing with Google Drive notes.  The fix improves the performance of the notes sync and reduces unnecessary updates to the Google Drive notes.
