Failure while searching for matching Outlook task ...

This issue occurs when a task or note title is too long. Typically task and note titles are expected to be brief and less than 200 characters in length while the details of these entries are stored within the body of these entries. If you encounter the following entry locate the source entry and update the entry such that the title is less than 200 characters. This error will occur when syncing entries into/to Outlook.
