SUMMARY

User Rate Limit Exceeded. Rate of requests for user exceed configured project quota. You may consider re-evaluating expected per-user traffic to the API and adjust project quota limits accordingly.

RESOLUTION

Please make sure you have the latest gSyncit v4.3 or gSyncit v5.4 update installed. Open the gSyncit settings, click "check for update" and install the current available update. Make sure Outlook is not running when to update gSyncit.

If you continue to receive this message after updating the software then uninstall and reinstall gSyncit.
